On Photographing

Many people have asked me what kind of photography I do, and I have been stumped for a good answer. After all, I was a photography instructor and professional for over 50 years. Making money in photography means commercial work. But the pure joy is the 'art' of photography. In fine art photography I have had five one-man shows. In group shows, too many to mention! And many galleries have represented me. I felt my interest fading over the years;UNTIL!!!!!! I acquired the iPhone 4 and realized that the days of selling prints were also waning, but the opportunities for online publishing were in its infancy. The future is digital. And so, I am jumping in after 15 years of non-involvement. I hope you enjoy the photographs.
